In order to adhere to the policy of "safety first, prevention first", effectively prevent major accidents and improve the fire safety awareness of the whole staff. At 16:00 p.m. on October 17, the Personnel Administration Department of Tepgao Company, in cooperation with the All-Day Fire Prevention Knowledge Training Center of Shunde District, Foshan City, presented a vivid and memorable fire safety knowledge training and fire fighting drill for all Tepgao employees.

Firstly, through the display of disaster pictures, instructor Mo of the training center briefly describes the major fire accidents inside and outside the province in recent years, and analyses and explains how to rescue and escape from sudden accidents.

2. Aiming at supervisors, this paper mainly analyses the latest fire laws and regulations, how to lead subordinates to escape correctly in case of fire, ensure personal safety and reduce economic losses; how to carry out daily fire awareness transmission, equipment inspection, equipment use methods, and how to eliminate potential fire hazards.

3. For subordinate employees, it mainly explains how to eliminate potential fire hazards, how to report a fire, how to obey the command of superiors and escape correctly when a fire occurs, and how to use, maintain and inspect daily fire fighting equipment correctly.

4. Fire extinguishing exercises, instructors first demonstrate the use of fire extinguishers, and then let workshop managers and employees experience the use of fire extinguishers, so that students can easily grasp the use of fire extinguishers.

After the training, the trainees took the initiative to communicate with the teachers about the safety problems in their daily life, and admitted that through the training of fire safety knowledge, they had gained a lot of insights. At the same time, they were aware of the safety in production and the sense of social responsibility of everyone. They also said that they should strengthen the safety in production in the future work. Consciousness, and this awareness to infect everyone around everyone who knows.

The purpose of the fire training organized jointly by TPG and the all-day fire prevention training center is to enhance the safety awareness of the whole staff, publicize safety knowledge, create a "people-oriented, safety first" enterprise safety production atmosphere, and improve the self-defense and self-rescue ability of the whole staff.
